error code "C101A1FC"

    Question

  • When i try to sign into my zune account it goes to another page that says that the terms of service have been updated. I go through the procces and finish and at the very last page when it trys to submit it it says "Can't submit your acceptance of the new terms of service." and lower down "an error occured. Please try again later" the error code it "C101A1FC". I have tried multiple ties and it still does not work. I have tried clicking on the "Web Help" link and i have made sure that both the zune software and my zune are up to date, however this has not helped my situation.
