Hi,
I need to quickly know if it is possible to do the following using the email router and MSCRM Dynamics 4.0:
1. Configure a queue that will be used to send a receive email.
2. For emails received by the queue setup a workflow that sends an auto-reply back to the original mailer
3. The auto-reply email can be a email template with dynamic values
Is this possible and does it require a lot of customization?
