Using windows live mail RRS feed

    I subscribe to Charter but want to use Windows live mail since all my programs in Vista default to that when I click on send message to or share photos.  I can't seem to set it up to accept my charter email address.  I keep reading information about syncing mail but have no clue how to do that. HELP!  Any ideas?
