I was helping a friend do a restore made by Live One Care to a new hard drive from an external drive. We ran the Complete Restore and all seemed fine. When using Vista's Windows Mail, note Live Mail, it does not seem to find any files to restore. The options do NOT include it's own file type .csv. So we set off on an exploration to FIND the file created by Windows Mail and we could not find one by Live One Care that was restored. We used Vista's Search for .csv type but no luck. We went step by step through the folders to look and it says it is does not exist. We obtained the folder's supposed address from Windows Mail program itself, so that is where we went to look.
Tell me, where does Live One Care PUT Windows Mail (again, not Window Live Mail!) when it restores the files???? I would love to know!
