Hello randy acabado,
I don't see anything in your mgadiag report that would explain why your computer would be having trouble connecting to the activation servers.
Could you go to this web page and run the online diagnostic and let us know if it finds any problems, and if so what problems, and if so what did it say to fix them? http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/default.aspx?

Hello randy acabado,
This sounds like the error given when a KMS Client is unable to connect to the KMS Server (KMS Clients must activate by connecting to a KMS server within the same lan or wan...this type of license is not sold to consumers and is designed for organizations to easily manage large numbers of Windows and Server installs). If you have a KMS Client version of Windows, then you should contact your organization's network admin or IT Dept for assistance configuring the Client to connect to the organization's KMS Server
Otherwise please download and run the Genuine Diagnostics tool (MGADiag.exe) at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012. Click "Continue", click the "Copy" button then “Paste” the report into a reply message in this thread.
Thank you,

Hi Randy Acabado,
Dan is correct, I too do not see anything to account for the Activation Connection issue. If the directions that Dan gave don't resolve the issue, would you try Activating by Phone and see if you can activate that way.
Thank you,
