ive just installed the samsung pc studio on my laptop (acer aspire 3690) then when i use it,it wont let me transfer photos from my phoe to m laptop then when i close it a message comes up "the instruction at 0x07e2500b the memory could not be read click ok to terminate the program" ive uninstalled the samsung studio and re installed it a couple of times but still the same thing happens. i have avast,spybot,super anti spyware and c cleaner ive run all of them but still have the same problem.ive also looked on the micosft website for the error message but cant find a descripsion.im a novice when it comes to computing so is there anywhere i should be looking to try and solve this problem or does anyone know what the problem
