Incoming Configuration e-mails for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online RRS feed

  • I've been trying to configure Incoming and Outgoing receiving email through CRM.

    Currently my email system belong to Locaweb and a I use SMTP and POP3 .

    When you set the credentials for access by Email Router is not available the option "User Specified". This makes it impossible to configure incoming e-mails for Microsoft Dynamics CRM because is necessary the password of all users.

    I can not use the server-side synchronization, because  my e-mail server is not compatible. According to the documentation the only systems compatible are Gmail and Yahoo! Mail.

    So in this scenario (Online CRM, Email Server Locaweb) would like to know the best way to make the Incoming Configuration e-mails for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
