How to study for 70-648 without R2 study Materials ??? RRS feed

    Hello Every one,

    I recently become MCSA and planning to take the MCITP server admin.

    After two weeks of studying from the MS-Press 70-648 I knew then that the new versions of the exam covers server 2008 R2 and Windows 7!

    Now the current MS-Press book covers only server 2008 and Vista and I feel I wasted my money and time for an obsolete study material.

    The book is perfectly fine and very informative to be honest but still it is not covering the exam objectives and also no update for the book.

    I need help for how to prepare for the 70-648, I was thinking to start with MCITP from the begining and take the 70-240, 70-242 and 70-646 to be MCITP as the MS-Press books for these exams covers the Server 2008 R2 exam.

    I need some advice from the experts? should I begin from scratch with MCITP or what should I do to pass the combo exam of 70-648.

    I already visited this resource and I have too much resources but the problem is it's too much things to study and to be remembered for this exam.

    After some research I've done now I decided to go first for MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 as I find it's very useful first to have this certificate before moving on to MCITP :)

    I will start right a way with 70-680 :)
