Office 2003 Fails OGA

Question
-
Recently I had the "star" appear in the system icon tray. It is telling me that my copy of Office 2003 is not activated.
I purchased Office 2003 when I purchased the PC, just over four years ago, I have the inatallation CD - Now it is telling me it is not activated.
If I go into Help > Activate Product it comes back with a message saying "This product is already activated".
