  hi, i bought my laptop on 21st november, my laptop is windows vista capable, i am running on microsoft xp at the minute but i got a leaflet saying that i am entitled to download vista and the leaflet says that i need to send my certificate of authenticity (coa) s/n and proof of purchase to the netherlands, my COA is a sticker on the bottem of my laptop, so i wont be able to send it away, would i only have to wirte it down and include my laptop details and purchase of proof?
