CWA DIal-In Conferencing PIN Changes Randomly

First Off - I couldn't find a forum category here specifically for CWA so I apologize if this is the wrong place

A few of my users (myself included) have started experiencing issues with our Dial-In Conferencing PINs changing. This is causing problems with our recurring meetings, otherwise it wouldn't be anything other than a nusiance.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem, if so what have you found is causing it and what have you don't to correct it?
