Can't run Windows Live Sync Beta , it complains wildcli.dll doesn't exist RRS feed

    now i can't even use the old version of window live messenger either, i have uninstalled the beta version and install the old windows live messenger ,but it can't run and complains the same error .my system is win7 x64 eng
