CRM Tracking Emails RRS feed

  • 1.       With an email that has been set to track against an address that does not exist, having setup the new contact and set it to track in the web view of CRM, this doesn’t translate to the email held in Outlook.

    2.       If we set a task in CRM, this doesn’t get populated in Outlook.  It works the other way around if we track against an account, contact or lead.
