Problems downloading templates after sucessful validation

Question
-
My problems occured when I attempted to download a template but was told to validate. After following the message to the website MS Office 2007 was validated succesfully but each time I attempted to download a template it sends back through the process but I am never able to acess the templates. I reviewed the information on the forum and followed the directions until this point.
The software is MS Office Enterprise 2007, Applications students media. FYI: This software is a license from my school.
Below is the the diagnostic report I ran:

Sabrina34,
The diagnostic report indicates that Windows XP Media, Office Enterprise 2007 and Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 are coming up as genuine.
Your issue appears to be outside the scope of the Genuine Advantage forum. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide the following steps: Open My Computer located on your desktop
1. Go to: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Data\
NOTE: The application data file may be hidden. Use the Tools drop down menu and follow: Folder Options->View->Hidden Files and Folders->Show Hidden Files and Folders to show the folder. Please re-hide the files once you have completed all the steps.
2. Right click the data.dat file, then click “Delete”.
3. This data.dat file is for Office (not OGA)
4. Once the file has been deleted, open an Office application such as MS Word and “ACTIVATE” it.
5. If product activation was successful try the Office validation again by at : http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/office/Validate.aspx?displaylang=eng
I hope this has helped!

I have performed the diagnostic - which was sucessful, but has NOT resolved the problem. Here is the message I received after validating completing the diagnostics.
Your computer is properly configured to run the Microsoft validation process. Click either Validate Windows or Validate Office to use the Microsoft validation process.
After receiving this message I validated both the Windows and Office but still unable to have access to the template as the same problem occur as outlined in the prior email.
Help!
