cant do stuff on computer because of round hole makes mouse jump all around turning things on and off

Sounds like you are getting spurious Touch interrupts. Disable Touch on your screen. If you have a real stylus you may still be able to use your pen then as well as your mouse.

Has this anything to do with the Small Basic language?
Or does it also occurs (or only ) with other programs?
