Question
-
I recently got the Windows 7 Upgrade through Toshiba and I was trying to validate my copy of Windows 7 on Microsoft. However, when I clicked validate Windows, it lead me to another webpage reagarding Windows Genuine Software, and no download came up as for me to validate my software. I then checked for any errors and found out that i did not have the Windows 7 plug in for Firefox. Thus, I got the plug in but the results stay the same! Can someone please tell me how I can validate my version of Windows?
same problem....
and everytime I update, it says that I am victim of counterfeiting...
But My status shows that the system is validated...activated...
and I tried this:

Hello Victoriage,
I split your post off to it's own thread because the other person's thread was not about a Non-Genuine issue. They wanted to know why they couldn't use the Online Validation to Validate Windows 7. It is because the Online Valiation for Windows 7 has not yet been enabled.
Your post indicates you are getting some sort of non-genuine messaging. Would you describe your issue in greater detail and include the exact text of any error messaging you receive and what you were doing when it occured.
Thank you,
