    I'm  a novice at this .  I need to now which disc do I use to back up my laptop?   Also what is the difference in the + and -  on the disc.  Which should I buy?

    This is the Windows Home Server forum, devoted to helping people with that specific product from Microsoft. The answer to your question here is that you install the Windows Home Server connector on your laptop and it backs itself up automatically to your Windows Home Server machine. :)

    If you're not asking about Windows Home Server, you should probably find a general computing forum; they'll be more likely to have th specific answer to your question.
