Performance error message wmiprvse.exe "publisher: not implemented"

  I ran a "Fix-It Utilities" program and now I get a performance alert periodically stating the above title.  Does anyone know what I should do to fix this problem?  Not only do I want the pop-up alert to stop, but I need to know what the performance error message means and how to repair the problem.
