Error submitting a Counterfeit Report RRS feed

    I get this error when I try to submit my report:

    Server was unable to process request. ---> Unable to connect to the remote server ---> No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 131.107.115.62:443

    It is on the second part of the submission. I typed in all the info hit submit. It then opens another screen asking to submit or go back to edit. I hit continue and I get the above error message. Below is the i
