Trying to install live 1 care RRS feed

    I have it installed on one computer and have forgotten the user name and password I chose so installing on another computer has proven very frustrating, especially since help is not easily accessible.  Where do I go or who do I call to get this needed info. and download to the other computers.

    On the first computer open One Care>Help>About and you will see the Live ID associated with your subscription.
