error 0x8004fe22 appears stating Windows is not genuine, error 0x81000019 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi. I am having multiple errors appear.

    Including:
    1. error 0x80004fe22 - stating Windows is not genuine.

    2. error 0x81000019 - could not create shadow copy......

other errors are also appearing but these are the ones I think need to be addressed forst because I can't backup and restore at the moment.

I have been redirected here from the Windows Genuine Advantage Forum:  http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/33f2b5e7-90b9-46ec-b8ed-f15d45b247ba. Noel directed me here (I hope this is the right place!)

I cannot restore and backup and so have been reluctant to do too much without assistance as I am very much a novice.

ANY assistance would be Greatly appreciated! Thank you in anticipation :) (some information follows)

I have just re-tried  "slui.exe 4" but it did not run. I have been told this does not run on pre-installed windows so can ignore this.

Using the "MGADiag" tool I downloaded ...here is the diagnostic report from yesterday (17.1.11):
