Emails that are received from CRM Contacts don't appear to be being tracked in CRM whilst using Server Side sync. The mailbox is setup correctly and the test mailbox works, the personal options are set to track email from contacts, leads etc. and in the
diagnostics its set to send/track email in the background but it still doesn't. Its CRM 2013 UR2 / Exchange 2013. If you manually hit the track button then its fine but its meant to do that for you....
any ideas?
