Are my 7 licences of Windows 7 legal ?

Question
-
Hello,
I put in order the installed hardware of an association.
About licences I notice that many Windows 7 licenses have the same product key and all those keys are traceable on the Internet on key hacking sites ! (For instance, PC3 has a key that, following those sites, is a ASUS OEM Key, but the PC3 is a non brand PC). And no PCs will have COA.If I run the command slmgr -dli I get Windows message " licensed "
If I run MGADiags ,
the message is for windows :"Validation Code: 0"I have a similar problem for the Office 2007 Pro licences. there, only one licence for all PCS, but here with several product ID. Is it normal ?
The key is also traceable on the Internet on key hacking sites.
If I run MGADiags ,
the message is for Office :"Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK"Then legal or not , my keys?
Should I therefore conclude that despite all these previous findings , my Windows licenses are valid, but Office licences not?
Thanks for your help.
See below a report MGADiags as an example (PC3) . Of course I can then send others (7 in all).
Best regardsLuc

Hi,
Thank you for your check and diagnose. I will rectify this bad situation.
Nevertheless I have yet two questions:
If those licences are counterfeit, why Microsoft update works normally ?
And why we never received a message such "This copy of Windows is not genuine" ?
Finally I presume that it is not necessary that I send others MGADiags reports for the other PCs ?

OEM SLP licenses are only sold to PC manufacturers who install Windows on PCs at their factories. Crooks that sell OEM SLP media on the internet often embed hacks that attempt to defeat a Microsoft Genuine Advantage compliance check. Sooner or later, the hack will be discovered and undone and those PCs will be flagged as non-genuine.
