OC - service accounts returned from GAL search?

Question
-
OC - service accounts returned from GAL search?
When I type a username that matched closely to a service account, the service accounts are returned in search results from GAL.
How can I filter out service accounts from OC search feature?
Thanks.

Are the service accounts SIP enabled?

Sorry, no the service accounts are not SIP enabled. They have email addresses, most do anyway but none have SIP URI's.

Still, with no SIP URI they still show up in searches.
Is there a way to exlude these service accounts from OC search?

Not sure on that one...
I'm curious though how you're searching? Are you using Communicator to locate these accounts? If so, what search criteria are you using?
When I use search in my Communicator client is looks at my local SIP list. If I add a contact it searches my local Address Book from Outlook, not the GAL.Tuesday, October 23, 2007 4:09 PM -
