Digital certificate stops working once MDM is implemented in O365

  The scenario is...

  We have Email Digital signature certificate installed on users Computer and Cell Phones.

  After implementing the MDM using Office 365, we have observed that while sending the emails from Cell Phones, they don't get signed using the digital certificates.

  The S/MIME option is grayed out and cannot be used.

  The digital certificate signature gets added when we send emails using outlook, however not through phone.

  Please suggest
