Sync between 2 pc's fails

  Created a Libre office worksheet in PC1
  

  Synchronized using Synctoy to an external disk

  Then in PC 2 , synchronized again and the file was copied to PC2

  After making a change in the worksheet in PC1 , repeated the same procedure.

  But , when synchronizing PC2 , Synctoy took the old worksheet from PC2 ( older date and time ) and overwrote the newer one on the external disk .

  (the worksheets are not read only .)

  How is that possible ?
