Windows 7 (Professional) build 7601 not genuine

Question
-
My laptop (lenovo x220) runs with Window 7 professional ( i think it's pre-installed) fine for a few years until a moment ago it kept saying my Window is not genuine. Here is the Diagnostic report.
How can I validate my Window 7 without a clean installation?
Thanks!Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0):

The installed Key should activate fine on a HP machine shipped with Windows 7 - but cannot activate on your Lenovo.
The machine appears to have been constructed long after the launch of Windows 8 - the BIOS date is July 2013 - and the BIOS tables look to me like ones for Windows 8.
For which version and edition of Windows is there a COA sticker on the case (or inside the battery compartment)?

It will be of no use to you, either - except as part of the Recovery disk set for a machine that shipped with Windows 7 Pro

In that case, simply change the Key to the one on your COA sticker using the option at the bottom of the System properties page -- you may need to activate by phone.
