"This e-mail is not tracked in CRM” but set regarded successfully RRS feed

  • Hi,

    My user is tracking an email using CRM 2011 outlook client with Rollup 13. When she tracked the email "Set regarding set sucssfully but she also get message "This email is not being tracked in CRM". Hence she again tracked this email and got the message " An error occured pramoting this item to Microsoft DYnamics CRM. The Micosoft Dynamics Server could not be contacted or the user has insufficient  permission to perform this action"
