no Microsoft dynamic crm user exist after restarting the server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi guys

I have a dynamic crm server and it worked properly until I yesterday restarted the server and when when I tried to log in to system from IE, it throws the following error for server admin :

No Microsoft Dynamics CRM user exist with the specified domain name and user ID

and for crm admin user i got this error:

    Business Management Error

You are attempting to create a user with a domain logon that does not exist.

SQL server is running on the server

  • Hi,

Make sure that you are connected with your domain server. And try to browse the organisation in deployment manager. Before that,

    Restart the services,

    DNS services,

    SQL services  and

    CRM services

This might be helpful, if so mark this as "Answer" or "vote as helpful"

  • Thanks SinduM for your consideration

In server, when I open deployment manager I got the following error:

unable to access the MSCRM_Config database. SQL server does not exist or access denied

also when I try to access MSCRM_CONFIG database from sql server it says the database is not accessible

and as I new to crm, would you please name the services for crm to restart ?

    Regards.

  • Hi,

It seems that  your server (crm and sql) is not connecting with each other. After restarting sql services, open SSMS and make sure it's connecting.

    After that restart crm,For CRM,

Asynchronous Processing service,UnZip Service and Sandbox one.

And browse your organisation from deployment manager.

  • After restating the active directory domain services in DC machine, every thing works fine now.
