Do not have permission to my central backup device RRS feed

  • Recently, live onecare chat help had to perform a reinstall on my hub computer. Since then, I have had numerous issues with backup. Finally able to backup my hub but now a computer in my circle continues to get the "Onecare cannot retrieve the space on the central backup device because of lack of permissions". I have never had this issue prior to the reinstall and had not changed any settings on my external hard drive. I have clicked on the external hard drive in my computer > properties > sharing > share this folder > permissions and cannot add "everyone" in order to backup the other computer. The hub computer backs up fine. Everytime I try to add additional permissions, they will not remain. Help as my sanity and the well being of my computer is at risk!!
