    How often do Microsoft change the questions in the exam?

    It sounds like you've effectively purchased what's known as a brain dump.  That's something that's not condoned here, and quite honestly can get you barred by Microsoft.  Essentially, it's cheating.  You'd be better off at purchasing the MS Press study guide and actually LEARNING the material.
