Dual Moniters turn off

  Just purchased  a dell Latitude 5490 laptop, It came with the c-dock I have set-up dual dell P2014H monitors. After closing the laptop lid why is it that both monitors go into sleep mode?

  My previous dell laptop I used with e port plus dock I was able to close laptop and was able to use both monitors after closing the lid.

  With my current set-up with windows 10 it does indicate all 3 monitors are indicated in the display settings. Please assist.
