Error ID: 0039-80508007 when I try to install Windows Live OneCare

Hi! I can't finish the installation of OneCare onto my computer because I keep getting this message. I don't know what it means and I couldn't find it on the help page. If anyone knows what this error id refers to, PLEASE let me know. Would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.

The 0039 error indicates the One Care antivirus database failed to install correctly. You can try uninstalling One Care, run the cleanup tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2
