Appointments are not syncing to Outlook RRS feed

    Guys

    Can I ask a really simple question, we are on MS Dynamics CRM 2013 online (latest Spring update) and we want to sync appointments to our users Outlook calendar, for example we have created an appointment as an activity in a case, and it does not sync to outlook nor invite the people on the meeting to the meeting.

    We have server side sync enabled and it appears to be working and indeed emails are syncing, calendars are not sadly
