  You have to ask this question in the Windows Answers Forum at the following address

  http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows

  Also contact your TV's manufacturer to see if there's any kind of documentation about connecting your TV to your laptop: you could need any additional piece of hardware (like a cable) or software.
