  • there are lots of methods to this.one such was to

       1. Click Start and Run
       2. Type "Control Userpasswords2" and press enter.
       3. Uncheck the box for "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer."
       4. Click Apply and Ok.

  • This solution is great. Another solution is to use a tool called TweakUI from microsoft which allows you to directly login into an account, even if you have multiple accounts. Although not completely helpful in real-time, but is useful in certain scenarios. You can also use TweakUi to unlock many hidden features in Windows XP.

  • I have used tuneup Utilities, it allows many features.. One of them was to automatically input the user name and password, so the password input is not disabled, but its automated, with this feature its easy to lock the computer, because if you have disabled the password of a user, that user wont be able to lock the OS...
