    Hi danmuazu.

    I think you're talking about Windows or Windows Server updates' installation, therefore you should ask your question in a more appropriate Forum than this.
    You should also provide us with more detailed information about the error(s) you're experiencing when you try to install updates for us to be able to understand your problem and suggest you a solution.
