Cant go to aol.com or aolmail.com with IE9 or Safari for Windows

  Just 2 days ago, out of nowhere i couldn't go to aol.com or aolmail.com using IE9 or Safari for Windows.  I 'NEVER' had this problem before.  I have Vista 32 bit.  I have ran IObit Advanced System Care, ran IObit Malware Fighter, and ran Microsoft Fix It but to no avail.

  Can anyone help me.  I can't get my email and i recieve my bills by email.
