    What are the recommended certifications as an Technical Support graduate? I have no idea where to start


    Can microsoft cerfitications be achieved without going to college again? Because, e-learning is what I prefer if possible

    You may wish to consider either the "MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician" or the "MCITP: Consumer Support Technician". They are described here:

    And yes, they can be achieved without going to college. If you follow the links to the certification exams, you will see a tab labelled "Preparation Materials" which lists not only classroom training, but also eLearning and books that you can use to prepare for each exam.
