Cannot start service w3svc on computer '.'. RRS feed

    I have a desktop computer set up as a web server, for testing web designs, on windows 10 home. I'm using iis and it's been working fine until I had a major update to windows 10. Now my server doesn't work anymore. Iis doesn't start up and when I try to start it manually I get the message 'Cannot tart service w3svc on computer '.'. I tried starting www publishing but that produces a 1068 error. What other services should be working with www publishing please?
