French Language for HTC 710s

  Hi everybody not sure if i am at the right thread, but i would be grateful for some help, i have an HTC 710s which is in english but i would like to add French to the languages does anybody have any suggestions, i would be so grateful for an answer as i am driving myself nuts and keeping coming to dead ends.
