Sync Individual File

  Lets say that I just want to synchronise a single file from one folder to another.

  For example, in 'My Documents' I just want the up to date version of the file 'Pictures of Cats.doc' to by synced over to a shared network folder. I don't want any of the other files from either folder to be sent in either direction.

  Firstly, maybe SyncToy isn't the best solution for this, if there is a better solution, I'm happy to hear it.

  Once I've set up my folder pair, and click 'Change Options' what steps should I take to ensure only this specific file is included in the sync?
