  • Unfortunately, your MGA report indicates that your Dell PC has counterfeit Volume License copies of both Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage installed.  You will need to reformat your hard drive and install a genuine Microsoft Windows operating system.  You can contact Dell and see if they still offer the original Dell Recovery Media for your Dell PC.  Otherwise, you can purchase genuine Microsoft software directly from the Microsoft Store.
