CRM4 Outlook Categories for CRM Email RRS feed

    in CRM4 Outlook sets the Categories like [CRM] Regarding.... on every tracked e-mail.  It didnt used to in CRM3

    Is there anyway to turn this off on a server or client level? it's very annoying.

    One of my clients would like to do the same and after analysis we respond that it is not possible to remove completly. You can change it but not delete.

    I believe this is a suggestion on the Microsoft Connect site for consideration in a future release.  You can search there and vote for it.
