Error while starting fixit

  Hi, I have an dell Latitude with Win XP SP3. I downloaded Fixit and when I ckick on the desktop shortcut, a sceen appears which says Install. After this i get an error message which states " unable to download trouble shooters please check your internet connection".

  I have checked my Internet connection and tried even with a data card but same issue.

  I even switcehd off my Antivirus but no solution.

  Pl. help how to resolve the same.
