Uninstall LOC backup from external HDD

  I have a new Windows 7 64 bit computer. I was a beta tester for LOC when I had an older Windows XP. When I try to uninstall the LOC backup I receive the message "You need permission to perform this action; You require permission from S-1-5-21-602162358-2077806209-839533115-1003 to make changes to this folder; 756fa41b50649e2e072fbb34b921; Date created: 12/31/2009 4:06 PM. How can I remove this? Thank you.
