CRM 2013 - Migrated Notes not displaying by default RRS feed

  • I am facing a strange issue.  I have migrated about 800 Notes for a client using SCRIBE.  When I navigate to either an Account or a Contact record to view the Note, I scroll down to the Notes section and it says 'No records found.'  I know for a fact there is a Note there as it shows up in Advanced Find.  The only way I can get the note to show up is by clicking the NOTES subheading:

    I have tried adjusting the form itself to 'Use all available space' but that did nothing.  Has anyone ever run into this issue?  I find that this is the same behavior happening for all Notes.  Any help is appreciated!  Thanks

  • Hi,

    this look like the form is from the CRM 2011.

    Try to create new form or change the attribute in customization xml from <FormPresentation>0</FormPresentation> to <FormPresentation>1</FormPresentation>.

    You could also try to simulate the click by inserting form onload javascript and that should do the trick.
