Resource Pool Custom Field

  Dear Project Server users,
  
  I want to create a custom project field that is connected to the Resource pool.
  The end result should be a person clicks on the field and starts typing a name from the resource pool and the PWA identifies the name and gives the result. Just like an resource name field but without having to assign a team to a project.

  Is there a way to do this?
