I've seen other reports where the Mesh folders themselves aren't restored, but on my system no Explorer windows are restored. This is a clean system on which I was installing new software (one at a time). When I installed Mesh, the problem began. Anyone have ideas?
Do you mean that open Explorer windows at shut down or log off don't automatically open at next login? I don't use that feature in Windows at all. I typically close Explorer windows after use. If you remove Live Mesh, does the functionality return? It may well be that the fact that Live Mesh hooks into Explorer as a shell add-on that it does break this functionality. -steveMicrosoft MVP Windows Live / Windows Live OneCare & Live Mesh Forum Moderator
