  • I just purchased a ONECARE subscription and received my confirmation of purchase email from microsoft, but I did not receive any links, code numbers, actually received absolutely nothing to follow through with an installation as a subscriber or to activate my program. Can you please help me with this?

  • Kathy, if you purchased OneCare during activation, the last step of that process is that OneCare receives the subscription credentials from the server. If this did not happen, something may have prevented the credentials from being received. Try clicking Check for Updates in OneCare. Also, check your PC date and time.
